Toddhaus is an online store offering baby and children's products, including clothing, accessories and other products for little ones.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you regarding the order and provide an appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by a customer where necessary.

5. Pricing

All product prices displayed on Toddhaus.in are subject to change without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure that prices are displayed accurately. In the event of an inadvertent pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer.

Any applicable offers, discounts or promotional prices are subject to their respective terms and validity periods.

6. Orders

When you place an order on Toddhaus.in, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee fulfilment if, for example:

The product becomes unavailable.
There is an error in product information or pricing.
The order appears to contain fraudulent or suspicious activity.
We are unable to fulfil the order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to our policies.

7. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests can be submitted through the account/order section of the website or by contacting us.

Once the cancellation window has expired or the order has entered processing/dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Orders are generally dispatched from our fulfilment centre within 24 hours of being placed.

Delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our control.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted subject to the conditions specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

In general:

Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
Original tags must remain attached.
Products with stains, marks or visible damage may not be accepted.
A ₹99 pickup fee applies to eligible returns and exchanges.
Sale items priced below ₹499 are not eligible for return or exchange.
Hair accessories and cloth diapers are non-returnable.

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable return conditions and quality inspection.

10. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

By completing a payment, you confirm that:

The payment information provided by you is accurate and valid.
You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
You agree to the terms applicable to the payment service provider.

Toddhaus does not retain sensitive payment card information unless specifically required and permitted under applicable law.

11. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on Toddhaus.in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activities carried out through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Logos and brand names
Product photographs
Graphics and illustrations
Website design
Text and product descriptions
Videos
Marketing materials

is owned by or licensed to Toddhaus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

13. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback, comments or other content to Toddhaus, you agree that the content should not:

Contain unlawful, abusive or offensive material.

Contain misleading or fraudulent information.
Contain malicious software or harmful content.
