At ToddHaus, we take great care in ensuring that every product is thoroughly inspected, carefully packed, and securely shipped before dispatch. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to deliver products that meet our quality standards.
No Returns or Exchanges
ToddHaus follows a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.
All products undergo quality checks before being packed and shipped. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, and images before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive:

A product different from what was ordered,

Clear photographs of the product

Photographs of the outer packaging

A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.
Upon verification, ToddHaus may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same product or issue store credit. Refunds will not be provided in such cases unless a replacement is unavailable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refund Policy
As ToddHaus does not accept returns or exchanges, refunds are generally not applicable after successful delivery of an order.
Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made for the same order

Other exceptional circumstances approved by ToddHaus
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Product Appearance & Color Variation
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
Such minor variations shall not be considered defects and will not qualify for replacement, return, or refund.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of placing the order.
ToddHaus shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
